AI Innovation Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing RAG models for search across large-scale medical and scientific documents, including pre-processing and embedding over half a billion documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing semantic chunking strategies to improve search results
  • Enhancing the automated evaluation pipeline to ensure model accuracy
  • Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for textual RAG use cases

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer
  • Proficiency in OpenSearch and scalable search system development
  • 2+ years of Python development experience, including API creation, model training, testing, and general backend programming
