Onboarding Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding and Implementation Expert to drive successful customer onboarding and provide ongoing technical support. This role is critical to ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our platform through expert guidance, training, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Customer Implementations: Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions via video conferencing tools to guide new customers through platform setup and configuration.
- Assist clients with setting up and configuring their workspaces including locations management, user roles and permissions, organizational structure, template digitization, and operations workflows and assignments.
- Train customers on both web and mobile applications, covering all core features and best practices.
- Ensure a smooth rollout to store locations with hands-on assistance during initial deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues including document uploads, user access problems, notification settings, and feature configuration.
- Document technical issues and work closely with the Engineering team to prioritize and resolve platform improvements.
- Maintain a customer support knowledge base and update implementation guides, video tutorials, and support documentation.
