Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end technical support to clients through various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Support Microsoft virtual technologies, including AVD, Nerdio, and FSLogix.
  • Document all reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the incident management system.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by providing feedback, additions, and updates where applicable.
  • Adhere to established ITIL processes and procedures.
  • Perform operational tasks, including infrastructure, product development, and information security non-automated procedures.
  • Properly evaluate, troubleshoot, escalate, and document issues.
  • Complete work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
">Qualifications:">
  • One year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Virtual technologies is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware, computer operating systems, and software is required.
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
  • ITIL knowledge is strongly recommended.
