Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for multiple projects with functional expertise.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical/functional problems that arise.
  • Develop and debug code to resolve technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience with Product Support / Tech Support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET.
  • Working knowledge of SQL queries and API calls using POSTMAN.
  • Experience with jQuery & CSS.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Previous experience handling customer inquiries and functional knowledge of AI/Bots.
