Job Overview

As a technical expert in Amazon catalog management, you will oversee daily operations within the Seller Central platform.

This role involves ensuring catalog health, optimizing performance, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with tools such as Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova to track performance metrics, pricing trends, and profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Catalog Management:
    • Create, edit, and maintain listings with full backend control.
    • Monitor listing quality, keyword indexing, suppressed ASINs, and apply improvements regularly.
    • Collaborate with inventory teams to avoid stockouts and overstocks, manage restock limits, and reconcile discrepancies in Amazon's inventory reports.
    • Use Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova to track performance metrics, pricing trends, and profitability.
    • Monitor competing listings and adjust positioning accordingly.
    • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and follow-ups.
  • Requirements:
    • At least 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
    • Proven track record with listing creation and optimization.
    • Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs).
    • Familiarity with Amazon policies and listing compliance.
    • Strong knowledge of Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova.
    • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
