Job Role

This position involves playing a key part in business success by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create actionable insights by designing and automating dashboards and reports using SQL, Cognos ReportNet, OBIEE Answers, and Google Looker.
  • Analyze data to ensure high-quality information and accurate reporting.
  • Serve as liaison between business and IT teams, resolving technical issues collaboratively.
  • Develop NLP models to generate valuable insights from customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL programming, including handling complex queries and data modeling.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including baselines and reporting.
  • Experience with transcription data analysis platforms such as Uniphore, AWS Connect, or similar tools.
  • Expertise in NLP techniques and data extractions.
