This role entails moderately complex accounting and administrative duties, encompassing compilation, reconciliation, analysis of financial data, and accounts payable to support management.

The position requires preparing reports and conducting moderately complex analysis of financial data on a timely basis. Additional responsibilities include ledger preparation, journal entry, account payable, travel expenses reporting, and other administrative activities.

A key aspect of this role is the preparation of financial reports and management databases for travel expenses reporting. Reconciliation of information with financial system data is also crucial.

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 2+ years of general accounting/financial reporting experience. Proficiency in managing databases, creating pivot tables, and leveraging formulas in excel is essential. Experience with corporate tax is strongly preferred.

Key skills required for this role include knowledge of general accounting principles and practices, proficiency with financial systems, standard software applications, attention to detail, strong organization skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
