Lead Talent Acquisition

Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation by shaping the future of talent. As a senior leader, you'll oversee the recruitment team supporting major clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Develop strategic sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, streamline processes, and improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams.
  • Successful track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles and seniority levels.
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and tools (ATS, Recruiter, etc.).
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritizing and managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
