Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key hotel accounts in the region.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit and establish relationships with important hotels in the region.
  • Responsible for area coverage and ensuring that all hotel needs are met.
  • Inform hotels of allotment, availability, and supply.
  • Rate checks and competitor checks to ensure maximum value for clients.
  • Liaison person for hotels to contact when they have questions or concerns.
  • Follow up on cancellations and evaluations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits to liaise with hotels and promote our services.
  • Check statistics in the control room and follow up on any issues.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a relevant account management function.
  • Good command of English (speaker and writer).
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly, and able to work independently.
  • Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail.
  • Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
  • Team player, motivated, and enjoys working in e-travel and hospitality.
  • Business focused.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time.
