We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key hotel accounts in the region.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and establish relationships with important hotels in the region.
- Responsible for area coverage and ensuring that all hotel needs are met.
- Inform hotels of allotment, availability, and supply.
- Rate checks and competitor checks to ensure maximum value for clients.
- Liaison person for hotels to contact when they have questions or concerns.
- Follow up on cancellations and evaluations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits to liaise with hotels and promote our services.
- Check statistics in the control room and follow up on any issues.
- 3 years of experience in a relevant account management function.
- Good command of English (speaker and writer).
- Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly, and able to work independently.
- Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail.
- Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
- Team player, motivated, and enjoys working in e-travel and hospitality.
- Business focused.
- Positive attitude.
- Availability to travel 50% of the time.
