About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Brazil business and drive growth in the solar industry. Reporting to the Brazil Business Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing a local strategy to maximize brand and product lifecycle opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, commercial partners, and key agencies to drive business growth.
  • Local Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a local strategy to maximize brand and product lifecycle opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Product Launch and Growth: Support the integration and launch of new products, identifying and maximizing growth opportunities.
  • Financial and Budgetary Responsibility: Manage financial and budgetary responsibilities, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Commercial Capabilities and Infrastructure: Establish and enhance commercial capabilities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and reinforcing connections with payers, stakeholders, customers, and supporting market access and P&R activity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Represent Hoymiles with key stakeholders within the country, including CEC, AEMO, etc.
  • Business Relationship Management: Lead business relationships with distributors and partners, ensuring KPIs and strategic direction for product portfolio.
  • Performance Reviews and Updates: Provide business updates and execute performance reviews with partners.
  • Marketing and Sales Planning: Produce marketing and sales plans, including monthly sales, gaps vs budget, marketing activities, and brand campaigns.
  • New Product Acquisitions: Oversee the on-boarding of new product acquisitions.
  • Global and Local Product Acquisition: Provide guidance and support to the BD Manager China, to manage the delivery of global or local product acquisition/in-licensing and new product development projects.
  • Pipeline Development: Support feeding the pipeline with business case generation and maintain high engagement with local partners to further develop the business.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the solar industry.
  • Skills: Good business mindset and management skills.
