About the Role:

As a key member of the Hoymiles team, you will be responsible for leading the Brazil business development strategy, reporting directly to the Brazil Business Head. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, commercial partners, and key agencies in Brazil.
  • Develop and implement local strategies to maximize brand and product lifecycle opportunities.
  • Support the integration and launch of new products, ensuring timely market access and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee financial and budgetary responsibilities, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Establish and enhance commercial capabilities, infrastructure, and compliance with local legislation requirements.
  • Represent Hoymiles with key stakeholders, including CEC, AEMO, and other relevant organizations.
  • Lead business relationships with distributors and partners, ensuring KPIs and strategic direction for the product portfolio.
  • Provide business updates and execute performance reviews with partners.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans, including monthly sales analysis, gap analysis, and marketing activities.
  • Oversight of the on-boarding of new product acquisitions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the BD Manager China, managing global or local product acquisition/in-licensing and new product development projects.
  • Support the development of the business pipeline, generating business cases and maintaining high engagement with local partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the solar industry.
  • Strong business acumen and management skills.
