Technical Product Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers in the LATAM + Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical product support to customers under the lead of the CTO
  • Work on homologation plans and achieve established targets
  • Attend technical meetings with customers and deliver added value for every product line
  • Serve as a technical interface between customers and Business Development Managers, reviewing customer specifications and contracts
  • Collaborate with HQ teams to review technical documentation delivered to customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with excellent English language skills
  • More than 5 years of experience in designing and developing insulator products for power transmission and distribution overhead lines and substations
  • Experience in customer qualification and certification, technical meetings with utilities, and product value promotion
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with local transmission network system specifications and design practices
  • Knowledge of external insulation product standards, such as IEC 61109, IEC 61952, and IEC 62217
  • Awareness of product costs and commercial information
  • Familiarity with finite element software tools and 3D CAD suites
