In this challenging role, we're focused on delivering top-notch conversion rate optimization. This involves developing and managing the website conversion optimization program, including A/B testing, iteration, and knowledge sharing.
We utilize analytics platforms and tools to monitor and analyze outcomes from tests. Our team collaborates closely with regional teams to design and roll out winning solutions globally.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize on-site advertising to promote our marketing efforts effectively.

- Collaborate with regional teams to design and implement winning solutions globally.
We seek a highly motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in web optimization or related marketing fields.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, UX, or a related field.
Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is essential, along with expertise in A/B testing platforms like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or Mutiny.
Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to challenge the status quo are also crucial.
Familiarity with HTML & CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Marketo, Jira, Asana, and Qualtrics Website App Feedback is preferred but not required.
