Business Development Manager Job Description

This position plays a pivotal role in driving strategic expansion, competing with leading companies, and expanding international business horizons. You will accumulate hands-on experience while collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a multicultural environment that embodies an entrepreneurial spirit.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and operate regional chain brands to drive user acquisition and scale growth for assigned brands, leading the team to execute sales strategies and achieve performance targets;
  • Promote deep collaboration between regional chain brands and the platform on brand marketing, promotional activities, and user operations to enhance partnership and stickiness;
  • Gain a deep understanding of categories and brand operation models to identify business development opportunities and formulate tactical plans for growth, marketing, user experience, and membership programs;
  • Establish strong communication with the delivery department to optimize the brand delivery service experience;
  • Provide valuable insights and references for decision-making by leveraging personal work potential, gathering frontline marketing information, user feedback, and local market dynamics.
Key Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience in key account management, channel development, or retail management, with a solid foundation in management methodologies and practices;
  • Strong business negotiation and market expansion skills, with a keen ability to identify client and user needs and a proactive attitude toward challenges;
  • Experienced in process and project management, with the ability to drive multiple tasks and projects concurrently;
  • Highly reliable and resilient, demonstrating strong work enthusiasm and a collaborative team spirit;
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and capable of using it as a working language; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
