Lead Regional Operations in Latin America for a Dynamic CompanyThis leadership role oversees the planning, execution and completion of clinical trials across the region ensuring quality standards adherence. The Director of Country and Site Operations is responsible for developing strategies to optimize trial delivery and operational performance.The ideal candidate has 12+ years' experience in clinical development with a deep understanding of the LATAM Clinical Trial environment. They must be able to collaborate cross functionally, lead a high-performing team and possess strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on country and site operations across the region.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the planning, execution and completion of clinical trials ensuring quality standards adherence.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing regional Country and Site Operations team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 12+ years' experience in clinical development, experience across multiple clinical operations disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM Clinical Trial environment.
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally.
  • Experienced people manager.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
