We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the delivery of small to medium-sized projects. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, working proactively with the project team and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business/contractual obligations and satisfy client/key stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects on schedule and within budget as specified by project plans.
  • Ensure the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks through prioritization, planning, and delivery.
  • Define a communication plan suitable for the project size and importance.
  • Ensure the project scope is clearly defined and documented at the onset of the project.
  • Manage scope changes and change requests escalating internally and externally as necessary impacts on costs, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Anticipate and communicate the impact of project decisions and actions on client commitments/expectations.
  • Create and monitor risk logs, actively mitigating all risks.
  • Demonstrate project control through disciplined measurement, assessment, planning, and reporting.
  • Establish trusted relationships with the project team, key influencers/stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Consistently complete project status and reporting, both written and via meetings, as appropriate.
  • Build relationships across organizational functions (internal and external) at various levels, including decision makers.
  • Motivate the team to drive toward success and find ways to overcome difficulties.
  • Share and encourage others to share and use lessons learned from projects.
  • Identify, suggest, and implement improvements to processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse personality types.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to facilitate discussion, identify alternative approaches, and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to identify and remove impediments, as well as prevent distractions for the team.
  • Strong conviction in the role of project management and willingness to take on challenges.
  • MS Office Suite skills are required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
