About the Position

The eDiscovery Senior Project Manager will oversee high-level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks. This role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of significant complexity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the legal team to ensure successful completion of e-discovery matters.
  • Plan for project execution, mentor, train, and delegate to members of the project team as required.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for junior members of the team and provide training and supervision for junior team members.
  • Motivate employees to thrive, manage and plan project resources, and identify growth opportunities for colleagues.
  • Identify and facilitate areas of operational risk and implement strategies to mitigate such risk.
  • Participate in strategic client meetings and oversee client-level reporting.
  • Initiate business development opportunities.
Required Skills
  • Proven leadership experience in litigation support.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Strong communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively.
