Manual/Automation QA Engineer Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the Manual/Automation QA Engineer role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tosca and contribute to high-quality testing and automation.

The focus of this position is on improving the current Salesforce support system for Connect and driving sustained business growth through efficient testing and automation processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with peer testers to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Develop and execute automation testing processes using Tosca.
  • Collect and report QA metrics and statistics to clients for actionable insights.
  • Communicate regularly with client managers and the development team to ensure alignment on requirements and testing progress.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for streamlined testing and system integration.
  • Manage extensive regression testing to maintain high test coverage.
  • Identify and address potential issues proactively, suggesting process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in manual testing, Tosca, and QA practices.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, particularly in areas relevant to testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of testing principles, prioritization, and delivering under tight timelines.
  • Background in implementing automation testing strategies with Tosca.
  • Familiarity with testing theory, practices, and a high level of technical proficiency.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tricentis Tosca.
