Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Sourcer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching campaigns, building pipelines and screening candidates.

  • Campaigns: Create and manage hiring campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Pipeline Development: Engage in cold calling to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Resume Formatting: Format candidate resumes to align with company guidelines.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct prescreening to assess qualifications for open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 3-7 open positions simultaneously.
  • Work closely with Recruiters throughout the interview process.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in English is required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Exceptional English reading and writing skills are necessary.
