Key Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce in Brazil, including complex payroll queries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with payroll leaders to maintain an efficient and effective audit process, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and specific payroll regulations (eSocial, DCTFWEB, FGTS digital).
  • Participate in efforts to evaluate and redesign Payroll processes to align with the company's rapid growth and commitment to quality, driving payroll improvements for Brazil.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in projects to drive payroll improvements for Brazil, leveraging deep knowledge of labor legislation and specific payroll regulations.
  • Act as a partner for M&A and expansion projects, liaising with HR, Tech teams, Finance, Accounting, and others to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented.
  • Possess familiarity with payroll software (Peoplesoft, Sharepoint, SAP, and T&A systems) and experience with process transitions.
