
Regional Energy Development Executive

We are seeking a strategic leader with deep roots in the power sector to drive energy transformation and spearhead client engagement, business development, and strategic growth across the Northeast Region.
This role involves leading major pursuits and campaigns, developing winning strategies, and guiding proposal efforts that reflect deep client insight. Collaboration with market and operations leadership is essential to define and execute regional strategic plans.
">- Drive Strategic Growth: Lead HDR's market share and revenue growth across the Northeast (New England, NY, NJ, PA, OH, WV, VA, MD, DE).
- Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to key utilities and power developers, understanding their goals and aligning HDR's capabilities to meet their needs.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the power market, with a strong track record in client development and strategic leadership.
- Proven success in leading major business development efforts and building long-term client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the Northeast energy market.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients and teams across the region.
