Senior Software Quality Engineer

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications to identify areas for improvement, thereby enhancing overall product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and test plans that align with business objectives.
- Execute thorough testing (manual or automated) and analyze results to ensure seamless software performance.
- Document testing phases and defects using logs and reports, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in software testing, preferably with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, with a keen attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to document complex processes and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
