The role of Head of Sales for Brazil is a senior leadership position that involves driving revenue growth and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy to achieve significant revenue growth in the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to increase sales value
  • Define, develop, grow, and scale the Brazil business to generate competitive advantage
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales leadership with experience in driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to execute sales cycles with outstanding execution track records
  • Capacity to monitor and maintain adequate pipelines of opportunities and demand generation for sustainable growth

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate their team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
