Job Title: Senior Financial Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit microfinance loan applications to meet business needs of customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze loan applicants' qualifications for feasibility of granting loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate credit and collection activities for credit quality of accounts, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Coordinate with officers and units related to loan applications and clients, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Attend to client inquiries and requirements, delivering prompt and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year degree course in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration.
  • Possess excellent selling, communication, and customer service skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Have basic mathematical knowledge and proficiency in computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • High integrity required, with a strong commitment to ethical behavior and professional standards.
  • Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance, an advantage in this role.
