Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to lead the financial record-keeping, financial statement preparation, and physical inventory management of fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and recording all fixed asset transactions;
  • Preparing accurate entries for financial statement closing;
  • Generating schedules and reports for internal and external auditors;
  • Overseeing physical inventory of fixed assets and maintaining asset registers;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Commerce from a recognized institution;
  • Demonstrated expertise in finance and accounting functions with at least 3 years of experience;
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel techniques and formulas;
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of financial software and systems;
  • Background in audit or assurance services;
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards;
