Job Title: Financial Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the plant's production operations and office by executing timely and accurate finance-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Head in executing timely and accurate finance-related transactions.
  • Validate and approve requisitions from other departments, ensuring correct activity type and GL accounts are used.
  • Check accuracy of actual billing and ensure vendors' computation are substantiated.
  • Review contracts and discuss commercial terms with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collect quantitative information required to develop a financial budget.
  • Ensure proper recording of Capex and conduct inventory of assets to validate physical existence.
  • Manage petty cash transactions.
  • Coordinate adjustments to employee DTRs as needed.
  • Orchestrate new hire orientations on proper use of timekeeping tools.
  • Assist in filing regulatory and statutory reports for the company.
  • Provide inputs to book closing process (accruals and cost center adjustments, if any).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in Manufacturing Industry or related industry (not required). Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP.
