Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Convera. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across multiple sectors in Malta.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their foreign exchange and international payment needs.
- Design and present solutions that meet and exceed client expectations, leveraging Convera's expertise in cross-border payments.
- Manage the sales cycle process to ensure maximum productivity and completion of sales and pipeline reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor information to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strong sales background with a proven track record of building a pipeline and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly foreign exchange and payments, is a plus.
- Strong English language skills; Maltese speaking is a plus.
