Supply Chain Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist. As a key member of our supply chain center of excellence, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving supply chain processes and KPIs within the EMEA region.


About the Job

You will develop and implement sustainable supply chain processes in collaboration with the Group Supply Chain function and four divisions: Domestic Building Service, Commercial Building Service, Industry, and Water Utility.


  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and implement new ones in performance units together with the process excellence team.
  • Drive projects in divisions to develop their supply chain processes.
  • Act as the escalation point for divisions and help them solve complex supply chain process-related challenges.
  • Ensure that best practices are followed by divisions.
  • Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain Performance Leader to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Economy, or related studies or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of working experience within the supply chain management field.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, KPIs, and optimization.
  • Deep knowledge within ERP systems for the supply chain module, SAP experience is a plus.
  • An analytical and structured approach, with expertise in making fact-based analysis.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
