Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review financial procedures and documents, verify their accuracy, and input data into the financial system, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing errors.
  2. Collect data for capital expenditures, monitor petty cash, and audit disbursement procedures, providing transparent financial records and facilitating informed decision-making.
  3. Follow up on financial settlements and tax collection with overseas missions, fostering effective communication and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  4. Audit payroll procedures for local staff in diplomatic missions, guaranteeing accurate compensation and adherence to organizational regulations.
  5. Manage claims, reimbursements, and financial reports within designated geographical areas, streamlining operations and enhancing collaboration between teams.
  6. Coordinate with authorities regarding bank accounts and conduct surprise audits, maintaining confidentiality and respecting regulatory requirements.
  7. Maintain and archive all financial data and documentation, ensuring long-term accessibility and compliance with organizational standards.
  8. Prepare correspondence, reports, and participate in meetings related to financial operations, effectively communicating complex financial information to stakeholders.
  9. Support other tasks assigned by supervisors, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
