Insurance Service Delivery Specialist

As an Insurance Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of insurance services across Brazil. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice and guidance to our business stakeholders on insurable risk management.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for delivering high-quality insurance services to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business units, site management, insurers, brokers, and IRM teams, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with the renewal of non-life insurance programs, ensuring compliance with group placement requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery and oversight of insurance services, including risk identification, exposure information collection, premium collection, and evidence of insurance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DHL Group's operating businesses, their organizational structures, and the role of Insurance & Risk Management in supporting business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with IRM global insurance program managers on local insurance placements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance within a global multinational insurance company or broker.
  • Proven track record in managing local and global insurance programs, with expertise in reviewing and negotiating contractual clauses.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and time/workload management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and report preparation skills.
