About the Role:
Ceva Santé Animale is a global leader in animal health, and we're seeking a talented Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Companion Animal market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market share in your territory
• Manage and maintain relationships with distributors and sales teams to ensure effective sales execution
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial campaigns
• Provide technical and commercial training to distribution teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to promote our products effectively
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Companion Animal market and our customers' needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we remain competitive
Your Ideal Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the animal health industry
• Strong knowledge of the Companion Animal market and our customers' needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong negotiation and people management skills
