Your Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in your assigned geographic area. You will work closely with our distribution network to ensure effective inventory management and sell-out, while also managing regional resources to maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Manage and maintain relationships with distributors and sales teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement commercial campaigns to promote our products
  • Provide technical and commercial training to distribution teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

  • Graduation in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science
  • Experience in managing marketing channels and sales teams
  • Deep knowledge of the Companion Animal market
  • Business management and negotiation skills
  • Office knowledge (Excel, Pivot Table, Power Point)
