HR Solutions Business Developer

We are seeking a Commercial Hunter PJ with experience in selling HR services, strong active prospecting skills, and a client portfolio or network within the corporate world.
Your mission will be to expand our presence in your region, focusing on companies requiring Recruitment & Selection and Outsourcing of Professionals (BPO).
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach companies with potential for R&S and BPO;
- Conduct consultative meetings and present our portfolio of solutions;
- Diagnose needs and develop tailored proposals that meet client requirements;
- Negotiate, close deals, and ensure smooth delivery with the internal team;
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM and track sales performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Ambitious and strategic commercial hunter profile;
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, especially in HR services;
- Practical knowledge of R&S and BPO is a significant advantage;
- Ability to build relationships with HR professionals, leadership, and decision-makers;
- Organized, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Work Arrangement:
- Contracting as a PJ (Legal Entity);
- Hybrid work model (home office + strategic visits);
- Preference for professionals based in Campinas, Sorocaba, or São Paulo (capital).
