We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our workshop in Roscommon. The ideal candidate will have a specialisation in either Kia/Hyundai or VW models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately identify mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Adhere to manufacturer specifications and company procedures for all work performed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work completed.
  • Order parts and equipment as needed, managing inventory efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mechanic.
  • A relevant automotive qualification (e.g., Level 6 or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electronics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • A full, clean driver's license is preferred.
