- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Experience with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus relevant work experience, would be advantageous.
