As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless and uninterrupted support for clients 24/7 in English, while also providing local language support during respective business hours.
Key responsibilities include effectively prioritizing a high volume of calls, instant messages, and tickets while addressing team-related tasks and initiatives.
Strong communication skills are essential in fostering strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing technical support to maximize customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with internal teams is also crucial in resolving complex issues while maintaining effective communication and adhering to company standards.
The successful candidate will have fluency in English and Portuguese, (3+) years of relevant professional experience in a Technical Support role, hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows and macOS environments, and a solid understanding of hardware components and network protocols.
Preferred qualifications include industry standard certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications.
