Technical Program Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Mindbody. As a key member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple platforms and tools used by the CX team and our customers.
Your primary focus will be on translating business requirements into solution needs, working with vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize existing tools and implement new ones, and leading initiatives to enable customers to self-serve and reduce friction for customers and CX Associates.
You'll also assist the Enablement team with building training and educating the CX team about process improvements, represent the CX team on cross-functional initiatives, and become the resident expert on internal defects and their impact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of multiple platforms and tools used by the CX team and customers
- Translate business requirements into solution needs and work with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement new tools
- Lead initiatives to enable customers to self-serve and reduce friction for customers and CX Associates
- Assist the Enablement team with building training and educating the CX team about process improvements
- Represent the CX team on cross-functional initiatives and become the resident expert on internal defects and their impact
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Comfortable with large data sets and familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Self-starter who figures out how to get it done
- Passionate about constant improvement and tackling operational challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working with technical partners and translating business requirements into solutions for a team
