About the Position

As a Legal Proceedings Support Intern, you will play a pivotal role in assisting legal professionals with court proceedings, administrative processes, and case follow-ups. This position offers hands-on experience in legal document handling, research, and support for external diligences.

Your mission is to accompany legal diligences, manage procedural documentation, and ensure efficient legal case tracking. If you are an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive law student eager to gain real-world experience, this internship is ideal for you.

About Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Accompany legal diligences, supporting attorneys in court visits, hearings, and administrative procedures.
  • Manage legal documents and filings, ensuring correct handling, submission, and organization of case materials.
  • Monitor case progress and deadlines, keeping legal teams informed of procedural developments.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, gathering jurisprudence and relevant regulations for case preparation.
  • Interface with public offices and legal institutions, assisting in document requests and case updates.
  • Provide administrative support, such as organizing reports, updating case management systems, and scheduling legal appointments.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Law Degree Program, between the 5th and penultimate semester.
  • Interested in procedural law, legal diligences, and administrative legal work.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple legal cases effectively.
