Marketing Director Role

The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of brand activities, ensuring full alignment with global marketing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive alignment between teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure program success.
  • Manage talent and sponsorships to embed the brand within local sports, gaming, music, and lifestyle scenes.
  • Plan and execute events at all levels, ensuring alignment with Monster Energy brand strategies.
  • Develop innovative, locally relevant marketing ideas by leveraging global, national, and regional brand properties and events.
  • Lead in-store shopper activations and ensure consistent use of branding and logos across all events, campaigns, and activations.
  • Manage large-scale sampling operations to drive trial, brand visibility, and engagement of core targets.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional experience desired: 1-3 years of marketing experience within top-tier CPG companies.
  • 10+ years of proven leadership in cross-functional teams is also desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, is required.
