Job Description

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills to fill the role of Front Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, from greeting visitors to keeping the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk as the first point of contact for anyone coming into the office, greeting visitors and supporting with general clerical tasks.
  • Serve as the liaison between building, office keepers, and on-site support teams.
  • Handle invoices, onboarding new suppliers, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Place and manage office and event supply orders.
  • Receive and distribute supplier deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier packages.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (welcome packs, desk setup, access cards, introductions).
  • Manage guest access cards and ensure secure, seamless access for visitors.
  • Flag and follow up on any maintenance or facility issues in the office.
  • Book taxis and assist with travel arrangements and coordination for company apartments.
  • Assist in supporting internal office events.
  • Assist in office health & safety protocols, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
