Position Overview:

Title: SAP iXp Intern – Accounting Support Consultant
Location: Hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office.

Role Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will be instrumental in:

  • Resolving intricate 3rd and 4th level issues reported by SAP partners through our online messaging platform, ensuring optimal solutions or workarounds are provided within established service levels.
  • Assessing the implications of reported issues on client operations.
  • Collaborating with Development Teams to pinpoint software bugs and identify areas lacking functionality.
  • Contributing to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge-based resources.
  • Engaging in internal initiatives aimed at enhancing Support Automation and Partner Enablement.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who are proactive, resilient, and inquisitive. You thrive on engaging in impactful projects and are passionate about continuous learning.

  • Currently enrolled university students in Business Administration or Accounting-related disciplines, with a minimum of two years remaining until graduation.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian Tax System.
  • Proficient in Operating Systems, particularly Windows.
  • Preferred: Understanding of Relational Databases (e.g., SQL Server) and SQL language, along with database management skills.
  • Able to adapt in dynamic environments, sharing knowledge and enhancing processes.
  • Committed to ongoing learning and quick adaptation to new technological processes.
  • Customer-focused with a self-driven and proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer orientation.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken); Spanish is an advantage.

The SAP Business One team focuses on delivering a comprehensive business management solution tailored for small to medium enterprises, encompassing all essential business functions such as Accounting, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Purchasing, Operations, Inventory Management, and Financial Reporting.
