Job Title: SAP Ariba iXp Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our SAP Ariba iXp team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving customer-reported issues, creating knowledge documentation, and collaborating with other SAP Ariba support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve customer-reported issues using knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing settings/parameters
  • Perform root cause analysis of reported issues
  • Create knowledge documentation and perform knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with other SAP Ariba support teams
  • Participate in projects related to support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance
  • Report errors to Development
  • Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled at university (preferentially an IT-related course)
  • Advanced English skills
  • Developing customer-centricity behavior
  • Teamwork player
  • Opportunity to develop an open feedback culture mindset
