Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our SAP Ariba iXp team as an intern in procurement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving customer-reported issues, creating knowledge documentation, and collaborating with other SAP Ariba support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve customer-reported issues using knowledge databases and verifying customizing settings/parameters.
  • Perform root cause analysis of reported issues.
  • Create knowledge documentation and perform knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with other SAP Ariba support teams.
  • Participate in projects related to support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Report errors to development.
  • Provide consulting to customers on procedural issues and queries.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled at university (preferentially an IT-related course).
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Developing customer-centricity behavior.
  • Teamwork player.
