Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to fill this key role. As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving problems efficiently, providing user assistance with technical issues, and supporting the implementation of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot network incidents and support the implementation of new network technologies
  • Coordinate suppliers, defining roles and responsibilities, and work with technology vendors to help create definitions of responsibility
  • Apply knowledge in RACI, Scrum, Agile methodologies, and possess strong interpersonal skills, analytical profile, and good logical reasoning
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with little supervision and under pressure
  • Dynamism and engagement in initiatives related to activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, cabling, and troubleshooting, LAN/WAN standards, and communication protocols TCP/IP, SIP, among others
  • Experience with troubleshooting and incident diagnosis of computer systems and/or networks
  • Experience with Microsoft Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Teams Rooms Administrator, and Zoom Rooms Implementation & Integrator, Admin Center, Microsoft Administration Center
  • Knowledge of video collaboration solutions and infrastructure (Zoom, Poly, Microsoft, etc)
  • Data network certifications (Cisco) and Microsoft solutions
  • Experience in videoconferencing environments
