Lead our social media efforts and drive growth by executing a channel-specific strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts. We seek a highly motivated, organized, strategic, and creative thinker who can successfully build, manage, and grow our social media presence.

  • Develop and execute a content calendar across all platforms.
  • Write on-brand copy that reflects our voice: bold, witty, and never corporate.
  • Create and post engaging content daily across all platforms.
  • Partner with influencers, UGC creators, and ambassadors to generate authentic, native content across all platforms.

Community Management & Content Performance:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in real-time with consistency and brand tone.
  • Track key performance indicators including engagement, reach, follower growth, CTRs, and conversion performance across all platforms.
  • Generate monthly reports on content performance, audience insights, and campaign success, and use data to iterate strategy.

Brand Presence & Content Innovation:

  • Ensure every social post, video, and story is unmistakable, unique, original, and built for attention.
  • Push the brand forward with platform-native storytelling, bold hooks, and experimental formats.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing branded social media accounts.
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and X.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a sharp, bold tone.
  • Ability to manage multiple content streams, calendars, and assets with high attention to detail.
  • Skilled in analyzing content performance data and adjusting strategy for growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or lifestyle brand industry.

This role offers flexibility and autonomy while working remotely from the US.
