The role of Senior Product Manager involves leading the comprehension of patient experience insights across various teams.
- Develop a comprehensive patient journey to focus strategies on delivering patient-centric solutions, including Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization within business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate discussions among stakeholders to synthesize insights gained and identify target segments, brand positioning, and drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization.
- Secure input and viewpoints from stakeholders to develop a robust and accurate Patient Journey; propose strategic objectives for review based on Patient Journey findings and challenge and critique team strategies to ensure patient-centricity.
Key responsibilities include guiding the design and implementation of marketing activities, ensuring deliverables are consistent with branding, and delivering emotional messages aligned to Brand Story.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with the ability to translate strategies into actionable marketing actions, lead cross-functional teams, and possess strong leadership skills, including talent development and performance management.
