Job Title: Engineering Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in developing and maintaining our Spend Management product. This role requires strategic planning, technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the Spend Management roadmap
- Leading multiple teams of engineers, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
- Collaborating with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define product features and priorities
- Driving the execution of high-quality software solutions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development principles
- Expertise in product engineering, having driven multiple release cycles of E2E products or features
- 2+ years leading multiple engineering teams strategically related
We welcome candidates with experience in the FinTech industry or with financial products, as well as a strong product sense and taste.
Work ArrangementThis role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.
