Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in consolidating the exponential growth of the LAM region.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the General Management to drive financial decision-making and ensure the success of our business in Brazil.
- Develop and provide accurate and reliable financial information to support timely decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, processes, and regulations, both locally and from headquarters.
- Collaborate with the headquarters finance team and the shared service center to ensure the timely completion of monthly closings and corporate reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of the monthly close process and experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English (advanced level required).
- Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools, such as Excel and Power BI.
