Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth objectives by leading, inspiring, collaborating, and mobilizing the organization.
  • Identify opportunities and develop partnerships with key customers and distributor partners to accelerate growth.
  • Drive clinically differentiating product training at key accounts.
  • Take proactive measures to address any deviations from sales targets.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and maintain existing market awareness to predict revenue opportunities and set proactive sales strategies.
  • Foster a team culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Medical Device Sales within the Brazilian market.
  • Knowledge of Neurosurgery, Spine, or related fields.
  • A proven ability to identify opportunities and map out a strategy to achieve success.
  • Sales activity across both private and public sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Brazil's medical device market and business landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, Bilingual – English, Portuguese, Spanish.
  • Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
  • Travel up to 80%.
