Job Title: Senior Tax Manager for Brazil / Parque da
Description:This is a key role within our tax team, responsible for overseeing all direct and indirect tax matters in Brazil.
- Oversee direct and indirect tax matters in Brazil;
- Manage tax audits and litigations;
- Support the tax compliance department on all tax compliance matters;
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations;
- Collaborate with teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions;
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors;
- Ensure compliance with local Transfer Pricing requirements.
About You:
- Strong expertise in Brazilian direct and indirect taxes, as a tax lawyer and/or in an international company;
- Good understanding of international tax and transfer pricing regulation;
- Solid experience in Brazilian direct and indirect tax planning & compliance;
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
